Hellooooooooooo I am new and need help

(Chelsea Carr) #1

Hi all,
Im new hear and was wondering if a few people cold let me know if I am doing it right or not.

(Helen Smith) #2

Well something’s not right as when I click on the shop icon next to your name your shop isn’t there…

(Sasha Garrett) #3

I’m getting the same problem as Helen - try logging out and then logging back in that sorts all manner of problems. Or check that you have correctly put your shop web address in your forum profile page.

(Chelsea Carr) #4

Does it work now?

(JollySmall) #5

Seems to be linking correctly now

(Helen Smith) #6

Yes, you’re there now! Lovely work, are they originals or prints? I thought the couple I looked at in detail were originals but I wasn’t sure, so you could make more of that in the description. Or if they are prints you need to make that clear.

Good luck!

Really nice work, hope you do well. One thing though, you should delete the reference in your detailed listings to your Etsy shop as it might confuse your customers who could get ‘lost’ between the two shops. I’d also echo @HelenSmith’s comments about making it clear if your work is a print or an original painting.

Good luck at Folksy!
