I cannot open my shop on folksy. The drop down menu does not work. Does anyone have any ideas?

Are you using a pc/laptop/phone?
App or browser? Which one?
Can you do a screenshot and tell us exactly what you are doing…

Have you tried the basic - turning off and on again? What you show looks the same as I use. I assume you mean nothing is happening when you click on “menu”? Normally that gives you the option to sign in.

The drop down menu was one of the problems I had the other day. Try clearing your history.

Thank you! I have managed to get into the menu on my laptop so maybe there is a problem with my phone.

I have had a problem with it for a few weeks, I can’t open the forum from it, I have to go to my shop and use the drop down menu from there as the one on my account/order details won’t let me open anything.
History/cache etc is cleared regularly..I am on a Samsung tablet
I sometimes have this problem on my phone and if I click onto someone else’s listing I can then use the drop down menu like normal

There’s an issue where the menu is limited? (Pics below). Is it this one that’s the problem?
I reported it to @Folksyadmin a while ago who advised that it’ll be looked at but in the meantime suggested that the whole menu can be accessed by swiping to the left slightly!!
