Why does it say my page is empty when I downloaded my items
Have you checked your draft folder?
Sorry to hear that, I have never come across that problem, hope you get sorted soon.
What do you mean, you downloaded them? Downloaded from where?
It can be a bit confusing to navigate the listing process at first - Sasha’s suggestion about looking in your draft listings is a good one. If you go to your dashboard and click ‘Listings’ on the sidebar menu your draft listings are under the last tab on the listing management page:
Hopefully the missing listings are all there! And you can just select them all with those little tick boxes and click the blue button that says ‘List’ to put them into your shop.
If that’s where your listings went and you’re wondering why, it’s probably because you clicked the green ‘Preview listing’ button at the bottom of each new listing but then didn’t go to the top of the preview and hit the green ‘List item’ button to make it go live in your shop.
If that’s not the explanation then drop an email to Folksy Support, they are real people and very helpful

I see your shop is still showing as empty. Did you contact Folksy support? Assuming of course that you have actually listed items!
