You are not to blame Olga it is obviously Folksy, but they should refund any money you have had to pay to set up. Think I remember a thread a while ago on the forums about the same thing.

You have been very honest, you said in your Meet the Maker that you are in Russia, you haven’t tried to hide that you are not in the UK. It’s the registration system that is wrong. Good luck with your Etsy shop, I hope you get lots of sales!
