Hi everyone, quick question. I have my shop set up Severn silver jewellery, I’ve been listing since June, still no sales 
. I also make many other things, I’m thinking of listing them on my jewellery page as it might help to broaden my range out? Question is if I add maybe “home or crafts” to my shop title does it change my link name as all my socials and links are just Severn Silver. TIA Vee x
Hi, I am not sure about shop names as it depends where you plan to add the extra text, I noticed thought you you haven’t posted on Instagram since 18 August, so how are you working to drive traffic to your shop?
You can alter your shop name via the dashboard without it affecting your shop url/ links on social media.
(It is possible to change your shop url by contacting folksy support but then you would need to update all your links)

Hi thanks for your reply, I have other pages I promote through too but have been unwell so posting has been a bit lax, I’m back on it now so hopefully will see more traffic, it’s such a great platform and the talent is insane x

You could start by just adding a different section within your shop for your craft items. If people click directly on to an item, your shop name might not be an influence. Long term you may want to change it though.
