Hi there. New folksy seller here. Really struggling to get my shop header to look decent. My listing photos are uploading crisply but I’ve tried all sorts with my shop header and it’s just not looking great. I’ve seen other shops have the same problem. Is it just the header is low res? What sort of images work best for headers?

My own banner looks fuzzy to me too, but yours looks fine when I looked at your shop.

maybe its just because I"m looking at it on a laptop, but when I click on it, it looks really fuzzy, even compared to the profile pic.

Ohh, that’s interesting. The more I look at banners the more it looks like it’s a general thing. I think if you have a bit of detail it shows it up. The banners with less detail and clean cut edges show it up less. I guess the assumption is no-one is going to click on your banner or it’ll really only be seen on a small screen
