Help with folksy bill

Hi! I am still new on Folksy so please bear with me…

I recently listed 1 item with 5 in stock,if that makes sense, I was
charged 0.70p. However, I just realised that I don’t have them in stock
anymore, so i edited the number 5 in stock to only 1. I thought I would
get my fees refunded, but i didn’t. How can I get my money back ? :frowning:
