Hi, my name is Marco, I’m Italian and I’m 48 years old, but I’ve been living in the UK for 5 years. I’m here with my family, my partner and my two beautiful little girls. I wanted a hobby that would allow me to spend the long winter days and that I could enjoy, since I like working with wood, looking on the internet I came across the bandsawbox, I liked the videos and now I enjoy creating

Hi Marco, welcome to Folksy, love your box by the way.

If you don’t mind me suggesting a couple of things, perhaps add more photos to your listing of different angles and a longer description to include the sizes etc.
Good luck with your shop

Hi friend, thanks for the advice, and tomorrow I will calmly try to understand how to make the changes you suggested. I said I live in the UK, I can’t speak and read English well (hahaha)

Hi Marco welcome…

Can I too politely say I think you need to check your shipping price as it says £50 which perhaps is the item price and not the cost to actually post out.

Lovely item by the way…

welcome to Folksy x

yes I’m noticing that there are some errors and I’m trying to correct them, but honestly I can’t understand how to do it, I said that I live in the UK, I didn’t say that I can speak and write well in English (hahahaha)
Thanks, I’m glad you like my box

I’m trying to change, but I can’t, can you help me please?

Hi Marco and welcome to Folksy. The box is lovely. I’ve added a screen shot of of what I have on my shop. I sell bottles with lights and the bottle sells for £14.00. I have one in stock. I then have my postage as £3.70 and if someone buys a second bottle, then I charge £1 extra to cover additional costs. I don’t sell overseas so leave the rest blank. See if this helps.

Oh don’t worry I can’t speak Italian so if I moved to Italy I would be exactly the same.
You are doing very well.

If you are charging post & packaging to send out your made item, you will have to find out how much it would cost to do so. Then you put the cost of the postage in that box.
So for example if the cost was £5 to post it out to your buyer you would put £5.00 in that box.

If though you are offering free post & packaging and you have already calculated that into your item price then you would put £0.00 into that box.

Hope this helps.

Thank you  for helping there too as not sure my explanation is that clear.

Hi Marco,
Welcome to Folksy!
Love your box - especially the butterfly you made for your daughters :butterfly: - looking forward to seeing more of your work.
Here is a link to postal prices - you will need to know the weight and dimensions of your piece once it is packed up and ready to post.
This link is for buying online.

Good luck!

Hi friends, I think I have edited and inserted the right details, Thank you all, you have been very kind
