How does a customer leave feedback after they have received their purchase?

People can only leave feedback if they are a member of folksy.
If they aren’t registered then they can’t leave feedback.
In the menu if they are registered to folksy if you go to dashboard you will find a heading for feedback.press that and it will take you to the items needing feedback
