Many of you may have seen our email from last week but we wanted to reiterate the following message for those who may have missed the email.

We want to make you aware of a spam/fraudulent email that has been sent to some Folksy sellers. These emails claim to be from the Folksy Community team and promote an SEO program, but they are not genuine.
A few key things to watch out for:
- The sender email is not an official Folksy email. Legitimate emails from Folksy will always come from @folksy.co.uk.
- The email may ask you to contact a Yahoo or other personal email address. This is not from us.
- Some messages may look professional and convincing, but they are attempts to trick you into sharing personal information or paying for a fake service.
What to do if you receive a suspicious email:
- Do not reply or click on any links.
- Forward the email to support@folksy.co.uk so we can investigate.
- Delete the email.
It is not possible for users to access your Folksy email address directly from Folksy but they might be finding it on your social media or via an order they have placed.
