Issue with order made this morning

A customer has just placed an order and paid via Paypal.

She has had 2 emails to say she has ordered twice, I’ve had two emails to say she’s ordered twice, I’ve also had an email to say she’s paid, and the money is in my Paypal account, however, neither order is saying paid on my dashboard.

I will obviously cancel one order, and mark the other as paid manually, but is this a one off glitch, or are others having the same problem?
