I’ve received an email from Folksy to say a customer has paid but there’s no record of this in my Paypal account at all. The order was placed 24 hours ago and other payments from other sources appear to be reaching my Paypal account ok - just this one from Folksy that’s gone missing.
Has anyone experienced this before? If so, what’s the best way to sort this out?

May be worth contacting your customer to see if it has left their account. If so then I would contact paypal. Sometimes they do take a while to come through.

I’ve just been on to PayPal and it’s a bug at their end. They are working on it at the moment.
It was just such an odd one. The balance increases but no payment details at all!
