Thank you for looking, that stitch does look nice (brief ponder if I can get my mum to knit me some socks with that round the ankle…) but the knit I’m looking at looks much smoother than that. Any thoughts on how that stitch would look if knitted with a 2ply yarn at 10gg (I believe that’s a machine knitting abbreviation for 10 stitches per inch)? I’m starting to wonder if they have made up ‘links stitch’ to make some other stitch sound posher.
