Legal requirement to have return address on shop?

I thought this was a legal requirement. I have mine on my shop. Am I wrong?

Folksy have previously commented that because the buyer gets contact info/ address in the confirmation email that is enough to comply with the legislation but I admit I thought it had to be displayed to them before the sale was made.

Legally your trading from address (not return address, accountants address, P.O Box address or anything else) has to be displayed prior to our have, along with your full name, a contact email and telephone number. This is in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations.
