Logging into shop problems and bad advice

It took me three attempts to log into my shop this morning.

The advice given is very bad ie clear my cookie cash if I do that effects not just my Folksy cookies but the cookies for everything I do on the net.

Would you advise someone who has a screw loose in a door to remove all the screws and rehang the door instead of adjusting the one screw???

Larger lump hammer to crush a tiny peanut comes to mind. DOH!

I’ve just logged in via another browser and that worked start away I’m posting from my alternative browser at the moment.

I’m going to log out of my shop that’s in my usual browser in a minute and see what happens.
