Hi. I have just opened my shop. Slowly filling it with one of a kind items. How do I list items that are made to order?
If you list and post as normal, then go back to the item in your shop and you will see edit and underneath add variations. You can list variables there but make sure you extend the dispatch time.

Just make sure it’s clear in your description that it is a made to order item and select the correct despatch times. You can select up to 21 days on the website but if you download the app you can select up to 100 days.
If you have variations (ie different sizes or colours customers can choose) then add variations as Caroline @Caroleecrafts said.

As Carol says make sure its very clear that the item is made to order - I’ve seen it added to the end of titles as well as in the first line. Don’t assume that people will read all the way to the end of the description or check what the dispatch times are.

Ok. Thanks for that. It seems straight forward. Problem adding variation though. They won’t save. The save button is grey and not active? Any ideas.
That normally means you’ve not filled in a box somewhere. Have you read through the blog guide about adding variations?
