Update. Looks as if the review emails are belatedly going out. First time in I’ve a month . Got three reviews today.
I got a reminder email today for something I bought in early December…
I received a review today for something I sold at the end of November. Hopefully we’ll see them coming through more regularly now the email issue seems to have been resolved.
I really hope so as I am pretty sure that the fact my shop has been stuck with just 3 dichroic jewellery reviews showing for more than a month willl not have given any customer confidence to buy from me.
We must notify Folksy sooner next time… trouble is it is difficult to know when something has not been sent to someone when you have no idea it has not been sent as you have no idea if they would have left you a review by then or not !!! if you see what i mean…
I got 3 reviews in quick succession too. I had been starting to wonder if there was a problem with the review request emails, as my reviews hadn’t changed significantly for ages, which is very unusual. Then I had an email from a customer saying they wanted to leave a review but still hadn’t had the email from Folksy to enable them to do it. So now it would seem there WAS an issue but it’s now been resolved, which is good news
My reviews are all from lovely Folksy buyers the only other 2 family and friend. My last customer was really happy with her print and was more than happy to leave a review but I haven’t received one.
Update the review has suddenly appeared
I was asked yesterday to give a review of a purchase from @thimbleville which I purchased at the end of November last year. Needless to say I gave an excellent review.
