My shop url not working

Someone in the USA has tried to click my link on a knitting forum I’m no that’s based in the USA.

When I click it it takes me straight to my shop however when my USA fellow forum members click it they are getting 2 different error messages

error 404
and this other message

I do get views from members of that forum and they have often told me that sometimes when they click on the link they get this error message while other times they get my shop.

I don’t know if it’s a problem because they are trying to see my shop from the USA.

I occasionally find that even though I have copied and pasted my shop url into a post/ document/ somewhere else it doesn’t work until I remove all the https stuff at the beginning. eg https://folksy.com/shops/SashaGarrett wouldn’t work whilst folksy.com/shops/SashaGarrett would. Maybe you could try that and see if it solves the problem.

I think it might be helpful to know exactly which version of your shop URL you are using? There is yourname.folksy.com or folksy.com/shops/yourname - and does it have http or https at the beginning and have you got www in there? All these different versions will arrive at the same place (or not, in this case!) but not necessarily in the same way…
