No email about sale

I sold some things this morning to a regular customer but didn’t get any email from Folksy, which I always do and I’ve just had a message from my customer, asking if the sale had gone through as she didn’t get an email either. Is anyone else having problems with this?

I also did not receive an email from Folksy about a sale. It showing, though, in my dashboard.

Yes same thing happened to me on a previous sale, luckily I found the order in time so there was no delay! I have the outlook app and I usually get a notification pop up for new emails, but couldn’t find confirmation for that order until I finally found it sent to junk. It didn’t happen for my last order so thought it might have been a one off ~
