Hello – I’m so sorry, I thought I’d fixed it last night but I’ve found the real problem this morning.
The credentials on a script we run to ensure the messages are getting through had expired but my efforts to fix things last night concealed that issue for me as one of my investigations rebooted part of the messaging service and set things in motion for a few hours, again.
I’ve updated the credentials so the script should be scanning for any issues and fixing them if they occur.
I’ve got additional monitors in place and running in my line-of-sight today, too, to be doubly sure this issue isn’t recurring. I’m also tailing the logs of the script I updated the credentials for and keeping a weather eye on that.
Again, I’m sorry I missed fixing the real issue last night and thank you so much for letting us know about it.

Hi, I found a few minutes ago I had an order yesterday late afternoon that I didn’t receive any notification of, so came here for help , but it looks like you have fixed it ! I’m just checking that my missed one yesterday would have been before your fix, and everything should be fine now?

Felicity you should have received the payment email be it Paypal or Stripe… there was no problem with those and that’s how I knew I had the orders and to check my Sold page and orders list.
@Beesandblossoms This is a different issue to the one you had and simply the sale/purchase notification email not going out, rather than also having problems with it not going out of stock or onto the sold items page.
As far as we know there’s just one other seller that has had the same problem as you in the past couple of weeks, so right now it looks like that may have just been a momentary glitch.

Yes ! Thank you , I realised that after I posted , I think I had a quick panic thinking I had done something to stop the emails , all is fine now, thank you very much for replying ,
