Opinions on reworking my categories

I sell lampshades mainly these days , Folksy is my main shop and I have A LOT of listings as it also serves as my full range range of fabric options so I refer a lot of enquiries to it rather than send lots of photos to each client. I prefer people buy from here !

Initially I had style and colour ranges but some of the style ones are now huge ! i’m thinking I should drop those as they are covered by tags and break down the colour ones further eg instead of ‘green and blue’ i have ‘blue’ and ‘green’.

I don’t want to increase number of categories as i think two full rows looks good on a PC/laptop and any more would be tedious if scrolling on a mobile.

I use categories and do have quite a few as feel it makes it easier for customers to look for items.

Looking at your categories can see nothing wrong with them, you have put shades into the multiple categories which is fine. I think colour options would be good as I always buy home products by colour rather than style. If does not work you can always change back.

Thanks yes that’s my feeling ref colour sections - I do use my tags to cover styles anyway ! thanks :slight_smile:
