Order of items in shop

Yes, mine has also been muddled up a couple of times. I spent ages getting it back into the right order then it rearranged itself again after I re-listed something this morning . Not happy with the current order of things but I can’t keep spending time rearranging it.
Hopefully Support will get it sorted out soon.

I have encountered the same with my items re-organising themselves. Don’t feel like I have gone crazy now as others have the same problem :smiley: Actually it brought some older items to the front again which prompted me to promote them again; so not all bad.

I am still having this problem. It seems when I relist, those items go to the bottom in my shop, which is very annoying. I hope this problem is soon sorted as it takes ages to re-arrange.

I sent a message to Folksy support yesterday and got a reply this morning. They said they are aware of the problem. They think it’s a bug and are trying to fix it. I was hoping it might be fixed this evening so reorganised my shop into some sort of vague order. Just relisted a few things and it is mixed up with relisted items on the last page. So it has not yet been resolved…

I’ve taken all of my Christmas items out of my shop for the time being until the problem gets fixed, I’m sick of them appearing at the top of my shop!

I’ve just posted about this in the old forum too. Hopefully support will inform us when the bug is fixed .

I’ve been moving things back up to the top using “shop keeping” but now it won’t work and I’m stuck with snowflake earrings at the top. I think I may have to hide them for now. Hope it’s fixed soon.

Just to let you know, there is a bug with the shop listing /item ordering. It has been reported by me and some other people and Folksy Support are looking at it. Hopefully it will be fixed soon!!

Last night after returning from a very stressfull 3 days I moved all my Easter Cards to the back of my shop now the all my items are all over the place and 2 of my Mother’s Day cards and a Christmas are back on the top of my first page.

I didn’t even re list any thing. My newest items are all over the place.

Very annoyed at the moment

I’ve noticed a few problems with the shopkeeping tab for folksy plus users, you used to be able to order things how you liked and it would remain to that order, now it puts the last thing you listed at the top, so you have to spend ages re-ordering everytime you list items, the old method was much better as you could showcase your best stuff at the top and make a good and consistent shop front opening page. At the moment it is not ordering stuff at all and is frozen on my less popular stock at the top which I prefer at the bottom, no matter how many times I try it still won’t let me re-order. Has anyone had the same problems?

Hiya, yes mine aswell, last page of listings is now on first and they won’t budge!! Everything is all over the place!!

I closed my shop on Thursday evening as I was going away for the weekend, but having re-opened I’ve noticed that my items have been rearranged. For example, all my paintings were grouped together at the end of my listings, now they’re randomly scattered throughout my shop, and I’d grouped some other items together. My zebra model definitely wasn’t at the top. Has there been some sort of technical weirdness over the weekend, or should I change my password!? What would you do?

I think this has been happening to some other people too, perhaps it’s a folksy glitch. Have you reported it to admin?

I reported this problem the other day (Thursday night or Friday). Admin have taken it on board and are looking into it as a bug. Hopefully it will be fixed soon, as people are now back to work after the long weekend.

Thanks for letting me know! It’s a relief that other people have experienced it and I haven’t had a visit from The Phantom Shop Re-arranger! I’m actually thinking of leaving it as it is, it looks quite fun and informal…:slight_smile:

I’ve also had this problem and reported it. I got a reply from the Folksy team yesterday saying that it’s a bug of some sort and Doug is going to look into it today.

Mine is the same, I have rearranged my shop a couple of times and it keeps changing, hopefully it will be sorted soon :slight_smile:

Now its happened to my shop and I can’t rearrange it either.
