Order of items in shop

Over the last two days my shop has reordered itself twice, I like to keep my new items on the front page so people can see them but now they are near the bottom.
Is anyone else’s doing this?
I can’t be bothered going through and reorganising it now it will have to wait and I will also contact support, it is just a bit annoying.

When I renewed an item yesterday, it went to the very end. I don’t think I had it there before…

When you list something new it always goes to the last page until you go to shop keeping and move it but all my items in my shop have been mixed up without me moving them, the order has changed twice over the last two days :(.

My shop was all muddled up this morning when I first logged on. I don’t have that many items so I sorted them out but I can imagine this could take some time if you have quite a few. I hope that it was just a blip and doesn’t keep happening. Maureen.

I’ve changed it back the best I could but it is still all muddled :frowning:

I have had a similar problem - previously relisting an item did not impact on the order set in the shopkeeping list. Over the last two days, the relisted items have appeared at the end of my shop.
Is it possible to revert to the previous situ?
thanks
Susan

I think you have to move it yourself, i’m not sure as I haven’t relisted before. If you go to shop keeping and click and drag the item to where you want it it should work

I’m so glad you posted this, I thought I was losing the plot. Yes, I’ve noticed the same thing over the last couple of days, odd :-/

I would prefer new listings to go to the top too. However the bottom is better than the middle, which was what was happening before when I copied a listing.

Yes, I’ve noticed this too! Spent ages re-arranging it back to how I like it only for it to muddle up again. Pft.

Thanks everyone for the replies
Just to be clear I am not talking about when you list an item and it goes to the bottom what I’m saying is AFTER I have been in shop keeping and moved the item to the top my shop is fine but within a few hours my whole shop has been jumbled around. It has happened again this morning. I have contacted support so I’m just waiting for them to get back to me.

It is still happening to my shop Joanne. It seems to be after I have re-listed some items they jump to the top on the front page of my shop. I have re-arranged mine too but I would rather not keep having to do this.
Thank you for contacting admin. I was just about to do that too.
We will have to wait and see what they say. Maureen.

I’ll let you know what they say but you are probably best contacting them too just in case  and also so that they know it isn’t just my shop it is happening too

It’s happened to me again today twice, after I’d just put it all back to where it should be :frowning: I’ll report it too.

Mine too - all my carefully ordered listings have been mixed up, and it has messed up my Collections photos too! What’s going on???

I’m beginning to think that it has gone back to when you relist your items they change the order of your shop because each time I relist my shop changes.

The only difference I have noticed, but there is a difference I think,
is that newly listed items now all go to the bottom .

This is great as I can find them there.
They used to be all over the place, eg if I copied from another listing they were after the one I copied from or if I copied one I’d just sold they ended up round about where the sold one would have been before I sold it.
I was confused (not difficult) but am now far less confused.

Im so glad to see this thread! My shop is muddled too, with new stuff at the bottom which i prefer to be at the top! I already rearranged it yesterday

This has been happening with my shop too! I’m glad I’m not the only one. It looks awful - Christmas stuff I normally keep at the bottom of the shop is all jumbled up with everything else, all the colour order is wrong. Don’t know whether to bother rearranging it if it’s just going to happen again.

Yes, my shop is all muddled too with Christmas cards mixed in with birthday, valentines etc… And it is such a time consuming process rearranging it if it’s just going to end up muddled again! I am not very happy about this… :frowning:
