Can anyone please tell me what the Paypal fees are currently??
I think it is 2.9% and 30p but I can’t find a simple answer anywhere on Paypal. Would just like to check that is correct.

The current fees are 2.9%
Stripe is quite a bit cheaper

PayPal fees are 2.9% of the transaction total plus a fixed fee of 30p
Example for a sale of £10
(10 - 2.9%) - 0.3 = £9.41 net transaction profit

Just for information, in case it might benefit anyone - if most of your sales are under £5 you can contact PayPal and ask to be switched to Micropayments where the fixed fee is 5p + 5% of the transaction total for domestic customers and 5p + 6% for overseas.
I sold a card yesterday for £2 + £1.50 P&P and paid 23p in fees as I am on Micropayments, otherwise I would have paid 40p. Not a massive saving, but it all adds up.
