Paypal strikes again!

I’ve never had or heard of a customer asking to send something back after a long time because they had changed their mind or didn’t want it any more. II’ve been selling online for 5 years now and thankfully had nothing but lovely customers.

That’s the problem sometimes with forum fiction, especially where tales of woe involving paypal are concerned … as my mum would say “the faster you stir it, the farther it spreads” until everyone thinks they personally know a guy, or a guy who knows a guy, or a guy who knows a guy whose sister’s neighbour’s cousin’s ex was asked for a refund when in reality it never was and never will be that widespread a problem.

I actually think it’s about time paypal updated their returns time frame to 6 months.

I got the same email last week but haven’t had chance to read it properly yet.
I suppose I should make a point of doing so.
