Hello everybody. Ive changed my packaging. And its reduce my postage cost. As i was doing it had some orders. With old p&p prices. I would like to pay back difference on p&p. Can anybody advise me how to do it pls? Dont want customer see new prices and feeĺ unhappy. Thank u
How have they paid? If PayPal, login to your pp account, click on the detail of the payment and you should see part way down refund. If you click on that will enter the full amount of the sale. Amend to the postage difference and put a reason so the customer knows what the credit is for.

What @Caroleecrafts said, although I’ve got messages quite a few times after asking why I’d given them a refund, so I always wonder whether they actually get emailed my message or whether it’s not very obvious.
