Problem leaving reiew

I want to leave a review for a lovely item I purchased recently, but when I try I get this error..is anyone else having a similar problem?

Failed to retrieve the order to review

I did email them on Monday, and they replied with a question but it still wasn’t working on my PC yesterday, however I managed to leave a review using my phone. It must be an issue with computers, but not phones.

I’ve just managed to leave one using my tablet but I noticed for some reason the reviews I’ve left previously are now showing in reverse order with the earliest purchases first, I would rather see them as they were before with the latest purchases showing on the landing page for reviews.

Another review question here!

I had an email from a customer a couple of days ago saying she was really happy with the necklace she bought off me - she wants to leave a review, but she can’t see how to do it. She doesn’t have a Folksy account, so I said they normally email a link but it might go into the spam folder. She checked, and it’s not in her spam. She bought the necklace on 17 Nov, so three weeks ago tomorrow. How long does it normally take for Folksy to email? It’s not every customer who wants to go out of their way like that to leave a review!
