I tried to leave a review for two items that I’d purchased from @XStitcherJoss this morning but kept getting a message saying the item could not be found.
possibly as they haven’t been dispatched yet, you have to wait for the automated email from Folksy I think?
I received the email this morning which prompted me to do it.
I have wondered if there is a problem with reviews. I normally find I get reviews for about half my sales, but haven’t recieved any recently. I know there was a problem once before.
Hopefully Folksy can check this out, although probably won’t be until Monday… @folksycontent

Some sellers, inexplicably really, delete listings once they have sold… Is what you bought showing in their sold items ?

One of my costumers has contacted me to say that he keeps receiving an error when he tries to submit the review.
Is everyone else still having problems too?

I managed to leave my reviews on the last items I bought
I have had a problem trying to leave reviews from my Android phone. I have to use my laptop now so don’t know if that might be the issue?
Yeah maybe it’s an issue with Android then.
My first customer tried to leave a review last month and had a lot of trouble, eventually having to set a new password. She contacted Folksy support, and they offered some help. I have had private emails from further customers saying how pleased they are, but no reviews, so I wonder if there is an ongoing problem - error messages told my customer that she had not made a purchase. However I left a review this morning for a purchase, and checked to see if it had appeared and it was OK.
