I don’t know whether anyone can help but a few weeks ago Facebook started to crop the bottom off my pictures on my business page, even though the very same pictures were posting fine on my personal page and the Folksy shop page. Now Instagram have started blowing up my pictures so that you can’t see them properly or read my stories. It doesn’t happen every time, just sometimes. I’ve been posting the same sized pictures on both sites for years and have never had any problem. I’ve messaged Facebook but haven’t had a reply. Has anyone else ever had this happen? It’s a complete mystery!! Help!
