Looking for some help in promoting my shop. I have it linked to my facebook and instagram page and mention it when I post but so far I’ve had very little traction. Can anyone point me out some tips and tricks please.

August is a terrible month for sales for most of us! Keep promoting and it should work eventually. Are you a member of the folksy clubhouse and folksy shop group on facebook? I think you can only promote on the folksy shop group. If you have twitter or X as its now called and Pinterest you can link immediately after you’ve posted a new item. Join in on the forums. There’s a daily listing group which focuses your mind and helps promote your items if you join in correctly. Best of luck.

Add your shop link onto tiktok if you have over 1000 followers and also to your google profile.

Pinterest seems to work quite well for me in terms of bringing in traffic - I’m not very active on there but I do try to remember to pin my new listings and it doesn’t take very long to do, so it might be worth a try if you don’t already do that?
