You can promote yourself too.
Here is one of mine I posted on Instagram. My theme was hedgehogs, and I am the third one at the top (well my card is - not me. Ha ha ha)

There are no exact rules, but like SallyAnn (and a lot of others), I’ll often put one of my items and the rest from other sellers.
