Hello. I sold a box last week on Folksy, sent it Royal Mail ,it got there next day but unfortunately got damaged ,therefore I had to refund the £170, i assume i still have to pay Folksy commision on the item. Thanks Paul.
I’d contact Folksy and ask them, support@folksy.co.uk . Since it’s not a return/ cancelled order then I’m inclined to say that Folksy should still get their commission as you can claim the full amount back from the courier (assuming it was insured).

Thanks Sasha, i have contacted Folksy ,but as yet have heard nothing.

I’m sorry , I should have concluded this post shortly afterwards but forgot, Folksy deducted the postage costs from my bill. Thanks to them and Sasha and Kim and Happy Christmas to you all.
