Hoping someone can enlighten me and put my mind at rest maybe.
This morning I have received 2 requests via Folksy emails (genuine I believe as they show in my dashboard) to ship to both the Philippines and Australia.
Is this a usual request? I just am concerned as 2 came through at exactly the same time.

Yes, it’s genuine. Folksy are trialing a system whereby requests can be made to post to destinations that aren’t specified in a shops shipping. You can choose to ignore the request and Folksy will do the rest, or if you’re happy to go ahead, just fill in the postage amounts in the relevant boxes . There are a couple of other threads about this at the moment and more information about it in the blog post below
