I have a returning customer on Facebook and she wants to put another review on my business page on Facebook and she would like to know how you do it. She bought some Christmas decorations off me last year via FB and left a review then but she’s just tried to leave another one and for some reason it won’t let her. If anyone could explain how it’s done then I shall pass it on to my customer.

Don’t quote me on this, but I think you can only leave a review once, as it’s on a business, rather than an item.
I once left a review on our local bus page (it was a fat fingered slip, I didn’t mean to review them at all) and I couldn’t undo what I’d done unless I wanted to change the number of stars.

Thank you for the info, I think that might be the case which I think is a bit stupid.
A nice bit of feedback under visitors posts is good if she isn’t able to write another review
I shared her feedback on Facebook myself, so it worked out fine in the end.
