ive just had a customer to say she cant find one of her purchases to leave a review. Any help would be much appreciated!
Its remarkably easy to sign out and buy as a guest meaning that purchases might not show up on her dashboard. So the easiest way might be for her to follow the link that is in either the email she was sent when it was marked as dispatched or the one she would have received a few days after her purchase arrived.
