Hi everyone
I have someone who has bought more than one item from my shop and they have left a review for the cards they purchased. Now they would like to leave a review for one of my hand printed sketchbooks that they bought in the same order. How do they leave this second review as there doesn’t seem to an option to do so?

Hi Jacqui. There is one review link for the total sale, so she would have needed to add reviews for both products in the same review. If you check the review page I think you’ll see images of both items next to the review. Sadly I don’t think she’ll be able to edit it now - I’ve just checked my reviews page & can see all the ones I’ve left but there’s no option to add to them. Not sure if it would be worth contacting admin to see if they can delete the one she’s written & resend the link. Or if you have a Facebook page maybe ask her to review the sketchbook on there? 
Your review clearly shows a very happy customer and the three items she has bought. Reviews are great but not the only thing which helps customers buy from you. I would just be very happy with the 5*****s.
Thank you for your quick reply. I did think that was the case that she would have to leave both in the same review. I searched but could not find an answer so thought I would ask on here.
Yes I might ask my customer to let me know her feedback and use it at another time when I post an update about the item.

Thank you for your quick reply. Yes I can see all the items and am really happy with what the customer wrote. She specifically asked me if there was a way to do two reviews so thought I would ask.
