Is there an option for the customer to leave feedback on their purchases, I can only see options for positive, negative etc, an then is this for me to choose the feedback for the customer, bit confused???
Yes, registered customers can leave feedback, and you can leave feedback for them too. Guest buyers cannot leave feedback.
I know that customers can leave feedback if they are registered but I don’t think their is any way for guest buyers to leave feedback.
