Question about reviews (I’m a new seller on Folksy) – I recently had my first sale – I don’t expect a review for another few days as the item was only just shipped; however, I could swear I saw a comment somewhere about seller’s leaving reviews of buyers - which gave me pause – is that a thing? or is that a thing AFTER a buyer has left a review for a seller?

Not here, this does happen on the bidding site, but not on Folksy. Never heard of that in any of the selling platforms like Folksy to be honest (not the ones I know of for sure).
I know on Etsy, if a person has left a review, you can reply to said review. Didn’t think it could be done prior to a review from the Buyer had been left.
Like I said - my brain fog could have confused things about it. NBD – just figured I’d check, just in case I missed something as - like I said – new seller and didn’t want to offend anyone.

It would be very interesting if sellers were leaving reviews for the buyers over at the other side, and very amusing, (as long as they were honest) 
You cannot reply on one here & you will not get notified, so just keep an eye for it 
A very long time ago, if I remember rightly, sellers could leave reviews for buyers on the Dark Side, but it led to a lot of abuse and so that feature was removed. It seems to work well for the auction site but I don’t know how they police it!
The biggest problem is that you send that email far too late. Sorry but I would never bother to leave a review two weeks after buying something which i undoubtedly received more than a week before. It just looks so careless as if you just remembered to ask 
It used to be just a few days after the sale. It was changed to 2 weeks (or 12.25 days or whatever ) and my review number dropped dramatically from that point.
Maybe adding “review your purchase” instead of just review would be enough to make it clearer for buyers?
That is exactly my point. When you see ‘Reviews’ it’s not clear enough to most people who really do need a very clear highway they can follow. Judging from the feedback on here the 13 day delay has impacted the reviews so something is not working.
