Does not h e the tracking code on though, I only send 48 hour tracked.

For anyone who has been using Click and Drop, (I use it for my E*** shop but not yet Folksy). I had a message from Royal Mail over the weekend stating they would be implementing the 30p charge on my Click and Drop account over the next few days. So, it appears it doesnt matter in you have integrated your shop with Royal Mail or not, the charge will be applied.

I used the other day and added to the PayPal charge, if they collect you cannot avoid.

Brenda I’m the same with techy stuff now, can’t get my head around most of it lol, I tried RM click & collect, ended up with getting daughter on WhatsApp to talk me through it, I dare not say some of the words she used in that conversation lol

Jacqueline… @JacquelineOJewellery .the last time I did click and collect they sent a message saying that collection wasn’t available in my area at the present time…
I ended up having to get a lift to the local post office which was difficult…It is no good having this service if sometimes it isn’t available…I live in a town not the back of beyond and have had parcels collected in the past, so they must have had a problem but I need a reliable service not a random one.

I have just returned to Folksy after a long time away, but have been using the RM collect service regularly for my website sales. Yes it used to be about 75p I think when it first started, then it became free for a ā€œlimited periodā€ which never really ended, until eventually this new 30p charge started. I figured out that this is less than the cost of getting in my car and driving to the post office with say 2 or 3 parcels. Even for more I think it’s worth it for the time saving of collection.

Reliability? I’ve had a few occasions when they have failed to collect, you get an email with an auto refund but no explanation, you have to rebook if you want to try again. Overall, for me, it’s a good service.

I have an account with them, subsequently apart from the buyers email, name and address plus parcel size all filled out for me. I use the app on my phone find easier than the website. For me worth the extra 30p per parcel.

If you use Parcel2Go to buy your RM postage you don’t get charged the 30p - still gets collected as normal, and you can ask them to bring the label if you need to :slightly_smiling_face:

Thanks for the info, I will use them next time I make a sale.
