Royal Mail click & drop interface duplication

Hello - the last couple of orders I’ve had have generated 2 duplicate orders in RM Click & Drop - is this happening across the board or is it just something funny with these 2 orders? I have checked and each customer had definitely only ordered once!

I had this happen once in the run up to Christmas but subsequent orders have been ok.

I had that actually in quite a lot of orders leading up to Christmas! I’ll ask around the team tomorrow if they think it’s a Folksy problem or a Royal mail problem and get back to you.

@dotterypottery would it be useful if we email over details of which orders got duplicated on click and drop?

This was fixed (I think) or at least, it stopped, but now it’s happening again…

Yes - sale that came through yesterday was fine, but one today was duplicated for me.

Yes, I’ve also had this recently, definitely a bug somewhere.
