Well, I reckon I’m having one of those moments too, because I usually use click and drop with no problem at all in choosing to drop the parcel at the box myself. But I am trying to do it right now and am only being given the option to have them come and collect it! So I haven’t completed the transaction as I really want it to go today. Luckily I have plenty of stamps.

I did one yesterday and when I scrolled down had other options below a list. Could have selected to drop but went for collection. Not very clear but is there.
I’ve tried again and yes, I’ve got 9 services come up but they all have the yellow ‘£0 collection’ label beside them. And there’s no option to choose on the pages that come after it. I feel like I’m going nuts, I know it used to be there

Okay if you select post fill in the addresses etc, then after you have completed your address details, just before you pay, It then goes to the confirm page at this point you can then delete the collection part. Just remove from basket.

Caroline, that’s brilliant, thank you so much. I was worried about going as far as putting anything in my basket in case I committed to something I didn’t want

Just to report that I had a sale this afternoon 
(happy dancing) and managed to buy without having it collected. Just as Caroline @Caroleecrafts advised, I carried on and removed the collection option from the basket just before paying.

this is a great idea but my wee post office is struggling to survive and feel as if i need to use it. I think I will use this service only if i cant get out

I think it’s great for those who live a good distance away from their PO but for me it is literally a three minute walk away so I’ve no need for it at.
