Maybe its just me, but I would really like to be able to search my shop listings for specific words. I have approx 80 unique listings so its hard to keep track ! As an example I can’t remember if I’ve tagged one favourite thing for September or not yet. Folksy - is this something you would be able to provide on the dashboard ?
There is a work around - if you put your shop name into the search box alongside your query (eg polarstar pottery one thing only september) it will either filter out items in other shops or bump your items up to the top of the search results. (You have tagged something for one thing only september) Larger shops have been asking for shop specific search for a while but it ain’t happened yet.
Fantastic-that will work for me ! Thanks Sasha
Useful to know. I would like a search option in my shop for buyers as well as for me.
You can also search your listings on the app, but unfortunately it wouldn’t work for that kind of search as it currently just looks at the item titles.
Thank you for this. I was looking through all of mine! Of course it would help if I had kept a note … but, this will now safe me lots of time. Take care. Katie
LOL - I know I will be last one to pick this up! But I am going to give High Fives to Folksy for adding under Improve Your Shop the wonderful tag ‘Themes of the Day’. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
Agree, there should be a search engine in the shop itself, easy for buyers and easy for me to look fir one of my own items, which didn’t show up when I looked in my own store.
I agree, I need to search my 350+ items for redundant tags, it’s a nightmare to find anything.
I have my shop open in two tabs, one in view shop and currently use my collections to find certain items.
Maybe so many of us migrated from E where it was a useful feature.
It would be a massive time saver for making the most of the fabulous ‘theme of the day’.
Thanks in anticipation
