Senior moment... want to leave a review and can't figure out how!

Help me out here folks… I’m having a senior moment here… a lovely item I recently purchased has just arrived and I logged on to leave a glowing review for the seller, but I have been round and round my dashboard, my purchases, my reviews, and can I figure out how to leave a review???

Nope.

There surely must be a link buried in one of the menus SOMEWHERE - please someone point me in the right direction! I’ve left reviews for previous purchases but I honestly can’t remember how on earth I did it :roll_eyes:

(And now I’m wondering whether this is also why I get so few reviews from my own customers - because they can’t figure it out either? Please help me find the link so I can gently point my buyers in the right direction too…)

Lynn,
On the left hand side of your dashboard under Activity, there’s one that says reviews. Also you will eventually get an email asking you to leave a review.

THANK YOU SUE you have saved my bacon (if not my blushes)… I can see the order and yes, there is a big orange button, I don’t know how I missed that!!!

I don’t think you can give a review until Folksy send you a link…I might be wrong of course x

When I bought some things I was able to do a review straight away , I never had a prompt from Folksy. Think I did it as Sue said above.

Yes, if you have an account and you are logged in when you do the purchase, then you can do it this way. Otherwise you need the link from Folksy x
