SEO compared to Etsy

I’ve just opened a shop here having been on Etsy for a while.

Just wondering if anyone can tell me how the SEO works on here compared to on Etsy?

For example, I use long tailed keywords as tags on Etsy but I notice the advice Folksy gives is to use single words or 2 at the most.

It is my understanding that the tags used on Folksy are purely for internal search, you need to use key words in Title and first lines of text for SEO.
