I’ve changed some of my Collection Tags and have gone into shop items to make the changes where I need to. Going through ‘Listings’ the changes are being saved when I update the item, but when I look at my Shop, the old collection tags remain. Some of them although, have removed the old collection tags. Help! Katie
Have you got your shop open on one tab in your browser and your dashboard open on another? If so try refreshing the tab with your shop on it sometimes it takes a moment for the changes to update.

Thanks for coming back Sasha. I only have the shop open and using my ‘listings’ option to make the changes. I log out every day when I shut down my laptop, and I’ve just checked this morning and the old categories remain. I’ll retry again and see what happens. I may have to go to @MaxPringJewellery to help me out of this one! Happy Thursday Sasha.
GOT IT … I didn’t go into Shopkeeping and UNFEATURE the items. Coffee in the morning is a wonderful drink.
