Hi all,
I have been away from Folksy for a fair while (job commitments) but am now able to come back to the fold. I am trying to update my ‘About’ section and list an item, and I am not able to update the About or put in any tags for the item. The hand appears but nothing happens. I can highlight what is there already (which is the Folksy examples and tips), but cannot write any thing.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I’m not sure, but when I clicked on your shop tag, it says you are on a break. I don’t know if that makes a difference (I didn’t think it did) but maybe make your shop live and try again. It’s always worth tagging @Folksyadmin (just done it for you) to see if they can advise.

Thank you! I have tried coming out of holiday mode but it didn’t make any difference

Hi, I’ve just returned after an absence and it’s taken me a while to find out how to change it - firstly click on your avatar in the top right corner, then click on your store name, on the drop down menu it says preferences - click on that and you can then adjust your settings.

Thanks for replying Trevor. I have just managed to work it out! It seems I was clicking everywhere but where I needed to!

Haha same thing with me too! Good thing there’s little else to do at the moment… 
True! I have just realised that I can now edit my About section but still not add any tags. So frustrating!

Hi Brenda, had too many personal things going on in my life so I had to make a tactical withdrawal, but things are easier now plus time on my hands thanks to you-know-what, so I have returned! We’re all good here, hope everything’s good with you. x
