Should I love or hate this

I was idly googling this morning just checking my JOYSOFGLASS comes up beautifully all over google … which it does, all over the place… then a bit further down i noticed it had spaces in the name which I don’t use

And I Don’t sell my glass on Ebay at least not my glass art, only my scrap glass.

Intrigued I clicked and lo and behold my Kingfisher Oval no. 009 sold here on Folksy 16th March 2015 for £20. (It’s now £35 so they get a bargain at £25 and even contemplating buying it back

Lovely to see it looking so good and well cared for but have had to contact the seller and say please please remove my full contact business card details… totally against GPDR and I never show them myself… Also asked them to spell my name correctly without the spaces.

I am JOYSOFGLASS. While I appreciate the care you have taken to display my glass art so well in your ad PLEASE with immediate effect either remove photos 4 and 5, the ones showing my full address and contact details totally against all GPDR rules or edit them to only show my business name …as I do when I choose to show my business card on my photos
I would also appreciate it if you could change the JOYS OF GLASS in the title to JOYSOFGLASS all one word as that is my business name…
Joy

No doubt it is mine as I sold it to Holywell and that is where the Ebay listing shows.

Also a bit surprised to see it selling as Brand New. It is possible of course it was tucked away in a drawer somewhere and has never been hung up

Update… a very quick response and apology for the details shown which they will remove asap.
Just took me rather by surprise

I start all my descriptions with
ONLY SOLD ON FOLKSY.
And it may well be worth having a watermarke with your business name.
It’s so darn annoying finding your own makes being advertised by someone else. Katie

Go on, Joy, buy it back at the bargain price and relist it.

I’ve had a really nice immedate response and I think this is most likely a case of someone doing a bit of clearing out for someone else not a case of someone selling it on… I sold it to Jacqueline and that is an aged 70+ name.
It’s still with its original packaging as far as i can see.

I have sold 5k ++ things on line here and on other platforms over 15 years and never yet felt the need to watermark. The seller has fully accredited it to me so its not a problem.
Adding the only sold on Folksy would be a lie as I sell it on my other platform and to anyone who asks to buy it, craft/xmas fairs etc.
One of the photos of it on the Ebay ad has been taken from one of my other platforms so they have taken the trouble to check out what they are selling.

Tempted but have another already in stock. I do appreciate the fact that they have credited me. It’s a bit like finding a Picasso accredited picture on Ebay just not quite as famous
As I file by photo and date, where sold it was easy to find which one it was.

I sold it to Jacqueline and that is an aged 70+ name. :astonished:

I’m a Jacqueline, I must be older than my birth certificate says
