Can anyone help me, I can sign in on my mobile, but I got to the laptop and it’s telling me that it’s an incorrect email, when it’s the same one ? I’m pulling my hair out here and am about to launch the laptop through the window… any advice would be grateful ![]()
Try clearing your cache on the laptop.i find when my history is full harder to sign in.
I’m thinking it might just be easier to create a new email address and password but am afraid that I’ll just get locked out completely?
Its not harder to sign in, it just won’t accept my email address and I don’t understand why not ![]()
On the device where you can sign in are you using saved info or actually typing in the details? (I’m just wondering if there is a typo in your log in so when you type them in on your computer even if you think it’s the right thing, it’s the actually the wrong thing because of a typo)
If only that were the case. No I’m typing it in and have tried so so many times now I’ve had to walk away. I’ve checked and double checked just incase I had made the slightest mistake but no joy. I’m thinking that as I’m new to Folksy changing my email won’t make that much difference as no one has used it as of yet except Folksy admin…
Thank you all for your input BTW ![]()
Drop an email to support explaining the problem and they might be able to send you a reset link or reset it for you.
(Or do you have the option to log in using Google? Sure that used to be n option of you had a Google account)
Have you tried logging in with your username? (artisanhatscraftsstudio)
You can log in with either your email address or username, so that might help if you’re having problems with the email being accepted.
Thank you everyone, I’ve sorted it out… I assumed it was the email as in my frustration all I could see was incorrect email coming up.. it was the password that I was getting wrong. So many passwords in my head, but once I’d calmed down and took a break I could see where I was going wrong… a lesson to be learnt there for myself
thank you again for your replies and suggestions ![]()
