Try to change email

i have tried to charge my email but page is not working

What a PITA! Are you on a desktop browser or a mobile device? (I don’t know whether that makes a difference, but it might.) Have you tried it with a different browser? Is it not saving your new details, or is the page not loading at all (have just looked on my dashboard and it loads ok for me)? If it continues to not work for you, drop an email to Folksy Support, they are always very helpful with tech stuff and they can probably change the email for you without you having to wrestle with the page any longer!
