Hi I wondered about using Pinterest to promote my work on here but only ever used it to browse before.
Has anyone got any helpful advice or tips ?

I personally only just pin every listing there and don’t bother with it again, so no tips from me

I used to use it for nothing but fulfilling my magpie tendancies in a virtual world - so much better for storage space! 
When they made some changes to make it more commercial with adverts and more video focused, I lost interest. I’ve quite recently started using it properly again (the link Mina posted is excellent for understanding what that means) but it’s so clunky that I quickly lose interest and go and sew something!
The main thing I’d say about Pinterest is that it really isn’t social media, it’s a search engine and a very algorithm driven one. Sadly, these days whenever I do a search on there the results seem to be full of Temu listings that look very much like all the handmade things I used to love to pin! Sad
